Welcome to Kouzina Christos!
Kouzina Christos’ menu is like a treasure trove of delicious, refreshing flavors. Sitting in the spacious, airy interior of the restaurant, it’s easy to daydream about eating your way through the whole thing.
Christos has a bit of a pro-tip for his patrons: “Is there anything more comforting than spaghetti and meatballs?” One jolly belly full of pasta later and we can see his point. But that doesn’t stop us from delighting in the pizza offerings.
Our pizza of preference? The Christos White pizza, of course. (This guy has impeccable taste.) From the fluffy, New England-style crust to the delectable combination of artichokes, roasted garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, feta, and white cheddar cheese atop it.
One thing’s for sure, Christos certainly was born and bred for this stuff. And we’re gonna eat up all of the delicious results.
From fresh organic vegetables and meats to gluten-free pizzas, we pride ourselves in the quality and quantity of the food we serve. Throughout the year, we offer seasonal favorites including specialties from the Louisiana coast all the way to the farm with home grown vegetables.
Our specials change daily. From seasonal seafood to local favorites such as Fish & Chips. Call and ask what we are serving as our specials. 770.952.1950
When Christos first made his career leap into the restaurant industry, he was more than ready. Not only had he been raised in restaurants, working in the quaint 20-seat pizza shop of his father and Uncle in New England, but he had spent a good bit of time working at different restaurants in the Mediterranean, learning the tricks of the trade.
Now, 48 some-odd years later, he and his family’s winning combination of thoughtfully prepared Mediterranean fare, carefully selected ingredients, and heartfelt service have yielded us Kouzina Christos.
“There are only two things you can do from the heart,” Christos tells us, “love someone unconditionally and feed them.” And believe us, the love is palpable in every dish they’ve got here, from the heralded gyros to the pizzas, to the carefully curated rotations of craft beers and boutique wines.
